Terms and Conditions of Booking
By booking a tour with Tern Voyages Private Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions apply exclusively to tour arrangements booked through us. Upon confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
All references in these conditions to "booking," "tour," or "arrangements" refer to the tour services provided by the Company, and do not specify any particular service unless explicitly stated. - Your Tour Contract
The contract between you, the Client, and Tern Voyages Private Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an important and binding agreement. We assure you that the details of this contract will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties, except where required by law or as part of necessary service delivery.
Tern Voyages is committed to supporting our customers in the event of any dispute or claim arising directly from our services. However, please note that we are not liable for any issues or disputes unrelated to the services we provide, including personal or private matters that may arise during the course of your tour.
Please be advised that only the Managing Director of Tern Voyages has the authority to modify or waive any of the terms outlined in this agreement. No employee or representative of the company, other than the Managing Director, has the right to alter the terms, offer discounts, or make promises unless explicitly documented in writing.
- Secure Your Booking
To secure your booking with Tern Voyages, a minimum deposit is required. This deposit is mandatory for all tour packages, and in some cases, a higher deposit may be requested to meet specific payment conditions.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review the booking conditions and general information for the tour package you wish to select before making any payments. - Payment for Your Tour
After the initial deposit, the remaining balance for your tour is due within a week.. In some cases, full payment may be required before the start of the holiday, depending on the specific tour package. The balance due date will be communicated to you at the time of booking, either during direct contact with our office or via email.
Please note that if the balance is not paid by the specified due date, Tern Voyages reserves the right to cancel your booking and the advance amount paid would be forfeited.

- Change in Booking
If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please visit our branch office in person, bringing your booking receipts with you. Changes to your booking will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, and we do not accommodate frequent or repeated modifications.
Please note that only minor changes will be allowed, and these will be subject to certain conditions. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation of Booking
Cancellations are allowed, but they are subject to specific conditions. You have the right to cancel your booking under certain circumstances, provided you inform us by phone or email within the required time frame.
Please be aware that cancellation charges may apply in certain cases, and in some instances, the amount paid will not be refunded, depending on the cancellation policy. The exact terms of cancellation and any applicable fees will be outlined at the time of booking.
- Complaints

- Our responsibility for your tour
We ensure to arrange each of the holiday arrangements with great care and attention. Tern Voyages is responsible for our employees, agents and suppliers at the course of travel. Other than that, we are not responsible for any criminal or violent act that takes place during the time of travel. You should act diligently and enjoy your holiday trip. We advise to stay away from all kind of illegal activities in your journey.
- Brochure/Website/Advertising
The information provided in our website, brochures, itineraries, and other advertising materials is intended to be accurate and easy to understand. However, errors may occasionally occur, and details are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.

- No Alcohol and Smoking Policy
For the safety and well-being of all passengers, we ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol and smoking during your travel. Consuming alcohol and Smoking are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles and other enclosed areas.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once your refund request is successfully received, Tern Voyages Private Limited will process the refund to your original payment method or selected refund method within 30 working days, subject to company’s evaluation of request
Cancellation Policy
If you contact us with a request to cancel your registration, we will process the cancellation as promptly as possible. However the cancellation policy would be applicable.
